If you are not satisfied with your order or if your order is defective, simply write to us and send us a photo of your defect and you will get your money back. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs. Please use the original packaging for your return and enclose your proof of purchase so that we can refund your money as quickly as possible.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them to us. We will then find a solution together!
Standard shipping usually takes about 2-3 working days. Please note that due to the worldwide pandemic there may be delays, however if your order has not arrived after 10 days please drop us a line.
