Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

-For free

-Delivery is carried out by DHL

Returns are borne by the customer.

Deliveries standard shipping / incl. Consignment no. in EU countries:

-Shipment to EU countries (except Germany) is included in a flat rate 13,99€ calculated. / incl. shipping number.

-Delivery is carried out with DHL GoGreen

Returns are borne by the customer.

Deliveries standard shipping / incl. Consignment no. in non-EU countries:

-Shipment to countries outside the EU (without the DACH region) is a flat rate of 25,00€ calculated. / incl. shipping number.

-Delivery is carried out with DHL GoGreen

Returns are borne by the customer.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
